Forming
8' 88 ton and 4' 35 ton Amada CNC (Computer
Numeric Controlled) brake presses give us the
versatility to accurately form precision parts of
multiple bends up to 8' in length.

Punch
Our Trumpf Tumatic 2000r CNC Punch press
offers speed, accuracy and verstility for
production and prototypes. Features hydraulic
punching head with 360 degree rotational axis and
brush table for cosmetic applications.

Grain
FinishingTimesaver wet speedgrainer can grain finish
parts up to 36" wide for cosmetic applications or
deburring.

Laser
Our Amada 1212 CNC Laser allows us to cut
or etch complex radiuses and angles to meet your
specifications. Maximum material thickness we cut
are up to 3/8" hrs/crs, up to 3/16" stainless
steel and up to 1/8" aluminum.

|
Rolling
Heller plate bending roll machine can roll
up to 3/16" steel to a minimum diameter of 7
1/16".

Hardware
Pem@ insertion system and Haeger 824 plus
insertion system that features auto-loading to
speed the insertion of your pem style
hardware.

Welding
Miller wire-feed and Lincoln Electric Mig
and Tig welders, along with competent welders,
allow us to satisfy all your welding needs. Rex
water cooled spot welder for stainless and steel
spot welding and L-tec plasma cutter that can cut
up to 1/4" plate.
